For anyone new to meditation, a 1-2-1 session is the ideal way to start your journey. I will come to you, and after a conversation about your unique lifestyle and needs we will discuss a little bit about the practice of meditation, what it is and some of the main misconceptions about a meditation practice. I will then guide you through some simple meditation techniques to get you started. Sessions can be booked
singly or as a block (see Beginners Courses).
A 75 minute 1-2-1 Session is £30.00
For beginners & experienced practitioners
Group classes held in a beautiful boutique gym space in North London (or for a small group I can come to your home) for those who are completely new to meditation, or who have their own practice but find it hard to find a time or space within their busy lives to practice at home. Weekly 45 minute sessions designed to help you access your inner quiet space. Sessions may include guided meditation, visualisations, mindfulness of breath meditations or progressive body relaxation. Suitable for everyone regardless of mobility, fitness or meditation experience.

The Ancient Yogic Art of Relaxation
Yoga Nidra (also known as Yogic Sleep) is a technique based around deep relaxation, utilising the techniques of visualisation, intention setting and guided progressive muscle relaxation to encourage a state of deep relaxation of both body and mind, allowing for restorative healing to take place. It is very effective at calming the mind, thereby helping give respite from anxiety,
insomnia and nervous disorders.
Yoga Nidra sessions can be incorporated into your 1-2-1 session or in group classes.
5 week courses covering the foundations of creating and maintaining a personal practice
The art of meditation is a very wide-reaching topic, and a single session will only just scratch the surface! To get the best start in developing and maintaining your own personal practice a 5 week course is recommended, so you can begin to ... a routine of practice into your everyday life. Sessions will last approx 60 minutes and can be weekly, fortnightly or however often you wish.
